This return policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

If a product becomes defective please contact us, or you may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support. Please see the Manufacturer’s Contact Details and After Sales Service.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if a product returned under your Statutory Rights is subsequently received in a condition other than new and unopened.

We'll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by Navigator Productions Ltd, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or

  • you received a damaged item, or

  • you received a defective item.

Your Statutory Rights

At Navigator Productions we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason.

Purchases

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives, the last good ordered by you (if delivered separately). This applies to all of our products except for digital items (e.g. Digital e-Learning) that are provided immediately to you with your acknowledgement, and other items such as video, DVD, and audio.

To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, you can let us know by contacting us using the details below.

If you need to return a product, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00.

Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we'll refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's standard postage charge, corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. We can't refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
