Periodic Inspection and Testing, as required by Chapter 62 of the 17th Edition, underwent major changes with the introduction of Amendment No. 1. A key outcome of these changes is the Periodic Inspection Reports (PIRs) have now been replaced with Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
